Security of funds
Currency UK operates a client account system which protects any funds in these accounts against any liabilities that Currency UK may have. All of these accounts are held with Barclays Bank Plc.

Currency UK is registered and fully compliant with HM Revenue and Customs anti-money laundering policy and guidelines, www.hmrc.gov.uk/MLR/ registration number 12120036. This includes stringent personal and corporate ID checks for the safety and security of our business and its customers.
Terrorist Financing
Currency UK complies with guidelines issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to ensure that monies are never paid into terrorist operated accounts. We operate a strict due diligence check for other high risk countries. Any suspicious transactions are immediately reported to the relevant authorities.
