We are constantly asked "when is the best time to trade?" Unfortunately as fluctuations in the currency markets are affected by many factors, social, political and economic, this question is practically impossible to answer.
However, every day economic results are published from different countries which give investors an insight into the financial health of a country and can impact the currency markets.
Here is a weekly calendar of events that shows what is happening in the major financial markets and the times when the figures are scheduled to be released. If the figures are not as widely predicted, then this can cause increased volatility in the market, which is often a good time to buy or sell currency.
