‘I had been looking for a currency service for a while to deal with US-UK transactions which seem to be very expensive. When I saw that Currency UK had become associate members I thought I would give them a go. It was remarkably straight forward to open an account (admittedly being a Sole Trader the process is simpler than with a Company). Funds arrived quickly and I ended up with a better rate than I could have ever got through my bank. Best of all, I didn’t have to speak to a succession of people in a call centre who didn’t have any answers but kept asking whether there was anything else they could help me with today!’
