We’re extremely proud of the fact that we hold the Investors in People Standard. But what does that mean exactly?

As to what the Standard means for Currency UK and its clients, well, it means a lot. It’s extremely gratifying to know that all the effort we put into making Currency UK an excellent place to work is recognised by such a prestigious body. If we have satisfied and happy staff we know our customers’ experience will be equally as great. 

Currency UK has been named Best Money Transfer Provider at the British Bank Awards. Now in their fourth year, the British Bank Awards is an annual campaign to find the best products, hottest innovation and most trusted financial brands. 

The British Bank Awards were awarded across 18 categories to 15 firms, and to date have been featured in publications including The Sunday Express, The Mirror, The Daily Mail, The Guardian, The Spectator Money and Business Reporter to name a few. 

The results of the British Bank Awards 2018 are based on the feedback received from over 24,000 consumers and businesses. Mike Fotis, founder of Smart Money People, says “Smart Money People was founded on the belief that people power can help to make financial services work better for everybody. The fact that these awards are customer-driven should make winners especially proud to take home a British Bank Award in 2018”

Being crowned 'Best FX Customer Service Brand' by Global Brands Magazine has allowed us to truly showcase our dedication and passion for ensuring great customer service. 

Like all organisations we recognise that better customer service, builds trust. With that being said, customer service is more than just price - it's no secret we know all our customers by name. Through achievements such as this award, it shows that that is more than just marketing talk. Our customers, clients and partners believe we can maintain our exceptionally high levels of service. 

Currency UK has been named Most Transparent Broker at the World Finance Forex Awards 2018.

The World Finance Forex Awards is, as the name suggests, a worldwide competition, with the winners across 10 categories being decided by a panel of judges.
